Saturday, the 17th of November was the last Quilt Block class for the 2018 year. Although the class was small we all had a great time. The next class is being planned for January 26th and we have interested individuals signing up. So let Margaret or Rhoda know if you are interested
I had such a wonderful day working on my quilt block. First of all the drive there is so relaxing and if you keep your eyes open you will see loads of quilt blocks along the way on fences, houses, barns, etc.
There are a lot of pattern choices for you to choose from. I knew immediately when I saw the pattern that was for me on that day. The ladies are so helpful and positive. I just lost myself in the work. I have a stressful job and I just melted in relaxation with each hour that flew by and I knew when I walked out the door I that WILL be back again. A friend told me about the class and I am so happy that I got to go! I am getting ready to sign up again! ~Patty Eagle
Oh how fun it was to make my own barn quilt! So organized and all the materials were ready and available. Thank y’all so much!

My sister and I have taken the class together 7 times, sometimes with other family members also joining us. We always have an enjoyable, relaxing day and go home with a beautiful painted quilt block to treasure. The instructors are very knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging. I will probably run out of places to hang my paintings before I am ready to stop painting! This is a lovely way to spend a day. Ladies--grab your sisters and besties and sign up for a class! ~Diane Supak
